Most small business owners know AI matters. Few know where to start. The AI Kitchen gives founders and small business owners the systems, strategy, and clarity to use AI as a real growth engine.
You've tried a tool or two. Maybe ChatGPT. Maybe something your team downloaded and then quietly stopped using. But there's no system, no strategy, and honestly, no time to figure it out.
That's exactly why The AI Kitchen exists. Not to sell you on AI. To help you use it in ways that actually fit how your business runs.

AI eliminates the friction in how you deliver, so you show up for clients with more focus and less chaos.
The right prompts multiply what you can produce, take on, and deliver without adding headcount.
Efficiency and capacity compound into a durable edge your competitors cannot easily replicate.
Serve better. Prompt smarter. Win consistently.
The three moves that turn AI from a tool into a growth system.
If you have ever played pickleball, you know the kitchen is not just a room in your house. It is the most strategic zone on the court. The place where smart players know when to hold back, when to move in, and how to make every shot count.
The AI Kitchen was born on that court.
In pickleball, every point starts with a serve. You work the rally. And when you play it right, you win. Serve. Prompt. Win. is not just a tagline. It is the exact sequence that plays out every time a founder learns to use AI the right way. You show up to serve your clients better. You learn to prompt with intention. And you build the kind of advantage that compounds over time.
Just like the kitchen on the court, this is the most strategic place you can be in your business right now. Not every tool belongs in every situation. Not every move is the right move. But when you understand the strategy, AI stops being overwhelming and starts being your edge.
Let's play smart.

Start here. We audit your current workflows to find exactly where AI can save you time, reduce overhead, and increase output. No guesswork. Just a clear, prioritized roadmap.
Build the foundation. We teach you and your team how to actually use AI tools in your day-to-day. Not theory, not demos, but hands-on practice with real workflows from your business.
Make it repeatable. We help you build AI-powered systems that run consistently, so the efficiency you gain doesn't disappear when someone gets busy or leaves the team.

Stop losing time to the back-and-forth. We help service-based businesses implement AI-powered scheduling and client communication tools that run automatically, so your team spends less time on admin and more time on the work that actually pays.
I speak to business owners who are ready to learn how AI can work for them, not replace them. My sessions break down how to leverage AI to get more time back, so you can focus on the creative side of your business while building repeatable processes that scale.

Your AI Take-Home Guide

Shreela
Founder, The AI Kitchen
I came to America in a woven basket at five months old, adopted from Calcutta, India, by a single mom in Nampa, Idaho. My mom spent 30 years at Hewlett Packard while raising two adopted daughters and eventually helping run my grandparents' ranch. I grew up watching a woman do the impossible alone, and I think that shaped everything about how I work and what I believe is possible.
I built my career in sales the hard way. Starting at the bottom doing 100 cold calls a day, 50 emails, 25 LinkedIn touches. I learned that outbound is a discipline, not a tactic. From there I moved up through inside sales, outside sales, business development, and eventually helped build and lead a BD team at a fraud prevention startup, where I spent four years before the company sold in late 2024.
What came next was not the plan. I took a high-paying sales role that lasted three weeks. The culture was toxic, my health was already struggling, and I walked away with no backup plan. Just the will to figure it out.
That season forced me to get serious about two things: my health and my purpose. I spent the better part of a year rebuilding from the inside out, through naturopathic treatment, breathwork, and the kind of discipline that only comes when you have no other choice. I also found pickleball, which sounds small but was not. It gave me community, competition, and eventually a name.
The kitchen in pickleball is the most strategic spot on the court. Strategic. That felt right for what I was building.
The AI Kitchen launched in 2025 as an AI consulting business for founders and small business owners who want practical systems, not hype. I brought everything I knew about sales, outbound, operations, and building from scratch into a business that finally felt like mine.
I work with people who are serious about growth. If that is you, you are in the right place.
